Confession

'Forgive me, Father, for I have sinned'
Confessed the man into the cage,
Spilling his beans willingly
To a nonentity in hostage.
The fellow being deemed the 'father',
Took it upon himself and decreed,
That the desperado was of all his deed,
Henceforth absolved and cleared.

I wonder who, now the 'father',
In this vicious earthly game,
Having sinned for all his lies,
Will turn to, to clear his name!
But for all I think, the 'son' cries
And the 'father' after him cries,
Ad infinitum, in chains of chained lies.

Flow

Life flows but quite like water:
It starts high as tiny a drop,
And meanders none the flatter;
It deeps and ebbs without a stop,
For so long as time permits;
And only stops at the bottom,
When the hardest of rocks it hits.
As the norm of nature  dictates,
Water flows down the bay,
So does the evolution of life,
And its routine life of decay.
