Sorry! too naïve I've become,
Too wrong! I thought I were
More than happily all welcome.
After all said and done
I think I know, more than I feel,
That I think I do, more than I say,
Know that the world is all but real.
Oh! c'est la vie! but diese Welt
Is much better lived than felt!
